The restaurant is known for their amazing steaks, which come in two varieties: Rio Premium Reserve and Rio Dry Aged. But before you get to the premium cuts of meat, try starters like the Bayou Seafood Platter with Maine Lobster, King Crab Legs, Grilled Naan and Pita Chips, Tasso Ham and Andouille Beignets with pepper jack Fondu or the decadent Braised Five-spice Crispy Pork with honey-sherry glazed apples, parsnip and pear puree, arugula and crispy chickpea fries.

You can order soups like the rich Lobster Bisque with apple liqueur and creme fraiche, Cajun Andouille and Crawfish Gumbo, and French Quarter Onion Soup. Tasty salad selections include heirloom beefsteak tomato (with field greens, pickled onions, Maytag blue cheese, aged balsamic vinaigrette and fried shallots), hydroponic bibb salad (with roasted golden beets, caramelized onions, yellow pepper confit and vanilla blood orange vinaigrette) and VooDoo lobster muffuletta salad (with southern spring greens, pickled onions, cured ham, dry aged cheese and kalamata olive crostini).

Once you’re ready for your entree, you can order steaks like Filet mignon premium reserve beef, 18 oz dry-aged Cajun rib-eye or a 24 oz dry-aged porterhouse. If you’re feeling like something other than steak, you can try the delicious oven-roasted chicken (served with macaroni and Stilton cheese, walnuts, caramelized onions and crisp bacon lardons), Pine Valley Ranch lamb rack (with roasted fennel mashed potatoes, rainbow chard and creamed garlic), cast-iron Chilean sea bass (served with chorizo and corn succotash, harissa and preserved lemon nage), and classic lobster thermidor (served with Maine lobster, lump crabmeat and lobster tarragon sauce).

Sinful desserts include chocolate souffle, fondue, bananas foster, molten chocolate cake, and strawberry shortcake served with gelato. The restaurant features a deep wine-list and a great selection of signature cocktails, like their world famous Witch-Doctor, served with dry ice.
