Jubilee! has been entertaining audiences at Ballys for nearly three decades now with its large scale spectacle that features over 100 dancers, singers and showgirls donning more than 1,000 costumes made from 8,000 miles of sequins on a stage half the size of a football field on which the Titanic is sunk night after night. In most performances, the showgirls get topless but families can enjoy the covered version of the long running Jubilee Las Vegas show at the 7:30 PM show every Saturday night.

V The Ultimate Variety Show is a newer take on the format, featuring a rotating cast of dancers, singers, comedians, magicians and every other type of performer you'd want to see in a Sin City show. Vegas! The Show is a spectacular variety revue designed to pay homage to the city itself, with spectacular recreations of iconic moments and performers from Vegas history.

For those looking for a more out of the box variety show, a show like Matsuri: The Muscle Musical is a Japanese import featuring stuntwork, dance, circus acrobatics and comedy while Dao The Asian Celebration is a visually impressive Chinese spectacle featuring hair-raising stunts, contortionists and martial artists. July 2011 Update: Matsuri has now closed but you'll find many new and impressive productions shows in Las Vegas to both entertain and mesmerize you.

Groups who gained fame on America's Got Talent have found a home to show off their skills in Vegas. Junk rockers Recycled Percussion, who finished in the top three on the hit show, electrify audiences with their resident show at The Trop. Not far down The Strp, the mysterious, white-masked Jabbawockeez hip hop dance crew, who were the season one winners of America's Best Dance Crew, wow fans with their MUS.I.C. Show at the Monte Carlo.
