Three amazing singers with impressive chops and Broadway experience take the stage in The Plaza’s old-school Downtown Sin City showroom, inspired by Frank Sinatra and his famous crew of friends in The Phat Pack.
The three talented stars of the show met while working together during The Phantom of the Opera’s successful run at The Venetian, and when the smash hit musical finally ended its run after six years, they decided to take their mutual love of all things Rat Pack and create their own group. All three Phat Packers have spectacular resumes, as Ted Keegan starred as the title role of The Phantom of the Opera in the Broadway and touring productions, Randall Keith played Jean Valjean in Les Miserables on Broadway and on tour, and Bruce Ewing has played three of the four key roles in the hit show Forever Plaid in both touring and Las Vegas productions.
The seasoned performers have combined their talents to create a truly special show with an old-school vibe. The group has expertly captures the spirit of the legends that inspired them, pulling off the style, swagger, charisma, sense of humor, and smooth singing chops that made showbiz The Rat Pack legends.
Keegan, Keith, and Ewing perform an eclectic mix of original songs that have an old school swing and a winking sense of humor, Rat Pack era standards, Vegas-centric hits, and all-time classics from hit Broadway musicals, and they perform each number with undeniable energy, charisma, and chemistry. The charming trio also tells a few stories about music and showbiz, while bantering with each other like Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and Dean Martin once did.
The original Rat Pack became Sin City icons for their legendary and always sold out performances in The Sands showroom, and now the talented and charismatic Phat Packers are following in their footsteps with an old-school, throwback style show filled with song and style that would have made Frank, Sammy, and Dean proud.
