Located on the fifth floor of The Quad in Las Vegas, Quesadilla serves up affordable fresh and delicious Mexican fare in a fun and casual setting.
The restaurant has a fun and energetic atmosphere. Named after a cantina in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, it features newspaper plastered chairs and chandeliers made from bottles of Corona that add to the fun and relaxed energy.
The delicious and affordable food includes appetizers like the Tostada Trio, Chicken Wings and the overflowing Mucho Sampler and soups and salads include chicken tortilla soup, hacienda ensalada and taco salad. Classic entrees include Mexican favorites like burritos, tacos, nachos, carnitas, enchiladas and specialty items like Corracho chicken, Cabo fish tacos and sizzling fajitas.
Like any great Mexican restaurant, the cantina features a great selection of margaritas. The frozen frosty concoctions come in classic, strawberry, raspberry, peach or mango, which you can order in a massive 45 oz souvenir glass. They also offer classic Tequila Sunrises, Cadillac Margaritas, Margaritas Madres, Blue Margaritas, Lemon Drop-aritas and the strong Pink Agave Margarita. You can also order sangrias, mojitos, cactus cosmos and of course cold Mexican beers Modelo, Corrona, Corrona Lite and Pacifico.
The restaurant is located on the fifth floor of The Quad, so you have to take an elevator to access it. But with great prices on delicious Mexican food and strong margaritas served in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, it’s worth going out of your way for a meal that will transport you to Cabo San Lucas.
