Wolfgang Pucks Postrio at the Venetian is the Las Vegas outpost of the chef’s beloved San Francisco restaurant. A contemporary twist on the classic bar and grill presented in a stunning setting, Postrio lives up to Puck’s reputation and high standards.
The restaurant features two distinct sections. The “outdoor” section under the man-made sky in the St. Mark’s Square area of The Venetian’s Grand Canal Shoppes resembles a European street-side cafe. The indoor dining room is more romantic, intimate and formal and serves a more upscale menu.
When sitting on the patio, you can order light, casual fare like pizzas, sandwiches and salads while enjoying up-close and personal views of the lively Carnivale in St. Mark’s Square.
If you choose to sit in the formal dining room, you’ll enjoy a stylish and modern atmosphere, steeped in chocolate brown, rosewood and olive green leather. The dining room offers traditional gourmet dishes like pastas, soups and steak entrees.
Puck’s delicious house specialties include the Sausage Trio appetizer served with roasted peppers and three dipping mustards, Fennel and Yellow-fin Tuna, Peking-Duck, the Lobster-Club sandwich with Applewood smoked bacon, Beer Battered Fish and Chips with tartar sauce, lasagna with beef and sausage bolognese, the Prime Burger with Vermont cheddar and red onion marmalade and the Prime Ribeye steak with brandy mustard.
The deep wine list includes selections that are exclusive to Puck’s restaurants, and your server can recommend the perfect glass or bottle to pair with your meal.
While there are over a dozen Wolfgang Puck restaurants in Las Vegas that range from casual to formal dining, Postrio offers both and it’s one of the chef’s best and most innovative eateries.
