Pampas Brazilian Grille is a unique concept in Las Vegas dining. An all you can eat Brazilian Steakhouse, also known as a Churrascaria, it’s a great place for meat lovers.

The restaurant functions like a buffet where the food is brought right to your table. You’ll be given two-sided markers that will communicate what course you’re eating to the servers. Start with the red side of the card up first, and you can access the salad bar while the servers will bring you cold entrees like vegetables, cheeses and small Brazilian appetizers.

When you’re done with the cold course, flip your card over so the green side is up. Servers will bring you a huge selection of roasted meats, including turkey wrapped in bacon, ham and pineapple, tri-tip roast beef, Brazilian sausage, skirt steak, ribs, picahna, beef tenderloin dusted with parmesan cheese, and many more options. The servers will keep the food coming for as long as you can keep eating, and you can try a huge variety of meats over the course of your meal.

The fantastic Churrascaria is also known for their wine cellar. Wines from every part of the globe have been carefully selected to compliment the flavors of the skewered meats.
