The Las Vegas Comedy Show
There are a lot of comedy shows in Las Vegas, but the intimate showroom at The Alexis Park Hotel, just across the street from The Hard Rock, hosts a unique standup event that showcases two fresh rotating comics every week and one permanent, veteran star.

The night really gets started when permanent show star Joe Lowers emerges to applause from the fans he's earned over the years. A fifteen year veteran of the comedy scene, Lowers has mastered the format with his unique brand of raunchy adult wit.
Before emerging in front of the crowd, Lowers plays a video introduction in which he visits all of the most famous landmarks in town, until he runs onstage to a warmed up audience. Two large screens behind Lowers make it possible for the comic to include funny video sketches into his act, which he peppers in along with his killer jokes.
Lower's written material is top-notch, but he's even better with crowd work. The comic likes to engage the audience for some good-natured back and forth, but he's also an expert with hecklers. While some comedians try to ignore rude audiences members, Lower is an expert at turning the tables on people who shout things out at them and keeping the audience on his side.
