The Improv at Harrahs has been running for over 25 years, and it's still one of the funniest shows in Las Vegas. Every week, the comedy club hosts three of the best standup comics in the world for a great night of laugh out loud comedy.

The Improv at Harrah's is the Las Vegas location of the legendary Improv Comedy Club chain, the first of which opened in New York's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood in 1963, followed by the legendary Melrose Avenue location in Hollywood in 1974. Probably the most famous and influential chain of comedy clubs in the world, the world famous Improv stages have hosted comedic legends like Jerry Seinfeld, Richard Pryor, Andy Kaufman, Billy Crystal, Eddie Murphy, Tim Allen, Jay Leno, Ellen DeGeneres, Dave Chappelle and countless others.

Like all other Improv franchises, the Vegas version has a classic comedy club feel, with a simple brick wall behind the performers. The show starts with a host warming up the crowd before bringing on the opening act. After that, the headliner, usually a big name comic with TV credits, steps on the stage to do a hilarious full set.

The Improv at Harrah's has been putting on great comedy shows since the mid-80's, and some of the bigges names in comedy have performed on their stage. Comics like Todd Glass, George Lopez, Damon Wayans, Kevin Nealon and many other big names have entertained Vegas audiences.

The Improv at Harrah's is the Las Vegas extension of the legendary and historical clubs in New York and LA. But after 25 years of making Sin City audiences laugh, the Vegas Improv franchise has become just as much of an institution as the original clubs.
